Jericho Oil Commences Trading in the U.S. on the OTCQX®

VANCOUVER, Dec. 1, 2014 – Jericho Oil Corporation (“Jericho” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: JCO, OTCQX: JROOF), a growth-oriented oil company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of overlooked and undervalued oil properties in North America, announces that its common shares will commence trading on the OTCQX® marketplace in the U.S., effective Dec. 1, 2014 under the symbol JROOF.

Trading on OTCQX is designed to provide existing and future U.S. based shareholders with greater access to and ease of trading in the Company’s shares. U.S. investors can find current financial disclosure and Real-Time Level 2 quotes for Jericho on .
